Visual aids have been used as a powerful form of correspondence as long as people have been interacting. Yet, despite current technology enabling more robust implementation of visual aids in project planning and execution, the construction and real estate development industries continue to lag behind by utilizing outdated communication and marketing methods. Visitecture was founded to facilitate the progress towards more influential forms of communication. While needs vary from project to project, we promote the development of 4D schedules and animated logistics plans on every project as the most effective form of communication used in project pursuits.

Christian has a construction management degree from Brigham Young University. He has four years of on-site project management experience including logistics planning, scheduling, estimating, writing subcontracts, and managing contractors and suppliers. He has worked in the construction visualization and marketing industry for five years on projects ranging from a few thousand to multi-billion dollars in value. His architectural and construction visualizations have improved contractor bid performance helping companies win multi-million dollar projects. He is organized and has an eye for detail. He is meticulous with his visualization and conscientious of what each client wants, needs, and will serve their best interests.

McKay received his bachelor's degree in construction management from Brigham Young University. He has spent the last four years working in the architectural and construction industry as a visualization expert for commercial and residential projects - varying in size and scope. He is an expert in the most current software and methods used in architectural and construction visualizations. His passion for technology drives him to stay ahead of the industry and provide clients with the most up-to-date information and processes - helping them develop visually stunning graphics and presentations.
